I am formally qualified and trained in the fields of Business and Mindset, but I am a continuous learner. I am constantly reading, listening and curious about the latest trends and thought leadership in the areas in which I coach and am passionate. I take reasonable care and due diligence to commit to best practice. This is why clients tell me time and again they like my different approach because I combine a number of modalities and have a variety of corporate and mindset experience to support them in a different and more relatable and profound way.
9. Your ResponsibilityYou are responsible for your own safety and well-being. It is your responsibility to commit to the programs you enrol in and do the work involved to achieve your desired outcomes. As your coach, I am your guide but I cannot do the work for you. I will guide, support and provide direction, but the ultimate responsibility for the outcomes you achieve, lies with you. Ultimately, the results you achieve will be a reflection of the time and work commitment you put into these programs.
10. Important Information It’s important you take ownership of your own business journey when working together, instead of expecting me to wave a magic wand and deliver a quick fix.
Building and growing your business takes time so it’s important you’re patient and that you do the work. What you put in, you’ll get out but only you’ll only achieve the results you seek if you dedicate yourself to attending the sessions, doing your homework and challenging yourself. The more you immerse yourself in the homework I set, the better prepared you’ll be for achieving your goals and desired business outcomes.
Mindful marketing can help you gain clarity but it’s when you do the work that you can have a profound impact on your business and hopefully experience growth. You’ll get the most out of your time with me by doing your homework and coming prepared to discuss the teachings and how they relate to you and your business.
It’s also important to understand that I can help you write your strategy, but I can’t control the outcome as there are so many factors involved in your business and your marketplace.
Be open minded to the process and the work and be prepared to let go of your expectations and see where this journey takes you. Approach our work together with honesty and openness so you can really benefit from my services.
If you’re dedicating yourself to the Mindful Meditation Membership and are practicing Yoga Nidra meditations, it’s important you exercise common sense when doing these meditation and do so in a safe place and not be in the move or driving your car.
11. Professional adviceWhile my Yoga Nidra meditations can be really profound for anxiety and stress, I’m not a mental health professional. If you have any concerns or experience any symptoms that worry you, please seek professional mental health or the relevant medical advice if you need it.
12. SuitabilityMy offerings and programs are suitable if you’ve worked in the Corporate world and have already made the leap into running your own business at least 12-18 months ago.
You’re ready to take your business to the next level and are seeking to do this in a different, more mindful way.
You’re committed to your business and own personal and professional growth and development. I gel the best with people who are ready and able to do the work required to achieve their business and growth aspirations and will commit their time and energy to the live, recorded and homework elements of my programs.
13. UnsuitabilityYou might not be a good fit for my offerings and programs if you don’t have a business idea or you’re still heavily entrenched in your corporate career. If you’re yet to get into the trenches of running your own business, you may not be ready for the mindful work involved in my programs to achieve your desired results and outcomes.
If you’re not ready to commit to doing the work and show up with dedication, enthusiasm and a positive mindset, you’re likely not the right fit for my programs or working with me.

The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within 21 days of the negotiation period ending, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the President of the Law Society of Victoria or similar neutral authority.
We agree to share all the costs of mediation equally between us.
We agree that neither of us will commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
(iii) Non-DisparagementIf a dispute arises, we all agree that we will not engage in any public discussion about the issues, we will behave politely towards each other, and we will avoid any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to unreasonably interfere with any other person’s business or personal interests.
(iv) JurisdictionThis agreement is subject to the governing law of Victoria, Australia. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Victoria, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
